Colts in 2007
I have the 10th pick in a 14-team re-draft league. Please see settings below. Does this league favor WR? How do you feel the 1st round should go? Would you consider going WR-WR with 1st two picks? Here's the starting lineup: (Note that it's possible to start 3 WRs) QB RB WR WR/RB/TE Flex WR/RB/TE Flex K DEF/ST Here's the scoring system: Offense: Passing Yards (25 yards per point) Passing Touchdowns (6) Interceptions (-2) Rushing Yards (20 yards per point) Rushing Touchdowns (6) Receptions (3 points for every 5 receptions) Reception Yards (10 yards per point) Reception Touchdowns (6) Return Touchdowns (6) 2-Point Conversions (2) Fumbles Lost (-2)
d28lion
Your league's scoring is similar to mine. I would highly reccomend a RB in the first round and second rd, if a top 15 RB is still available. However if you can get top RB in the first rd and a top 5 WR in the second rd, I would do that and get another WR in the 3rd rd. I won my league last year with a weekly lineup of QB - Hasselbeck RB - Rudi Johnson WR - Chad Johnson WR - Steve Smith WR - Jimmy Smith TE - Chris Cooley K - Shayne Graham DEF - IND It didn't hurt to have Ronnie Brown as a backup and often weekly starter. We had the option of using 2 RB and 2 WR.
Furd
You can start up to 3 RBs? If so, then your league is heavily weighted toward RBs. WR-WR would be a disaster, as RBs should be flying off the shelf even faster than usual. The extra point per ten yards receiving isn't that much of a factor given your starting lineup requirements.
