tsmock
I'm in a $$ league and we start 2 WR and 2 RB and a RB/WR flex spot. The team I am playing is going with the 3 RB set with T Barber, Gore and L Jordan. His receivers are H Ward and TJ Hosh I'm going with S Alexander and C Taylor at RB and currently I'm going for the 3 WR set with T Holt, P Burress and S Moss. The scoring in my league is: 1 pt per 10 yards rushing 1 pt per 5 rushing attempts 6 pts per TD 1 pt per 10 yards receiving 1 pt per reception 6 pts per TD Bonuses are: 4 pts bonus if rushing/receiving TD is +50 yards 100-199 RUSHING--10 pts 200+--20 pts 100-199 RECEIVING--5 PTS 200+--20 PTS Given all the above, should I start K Jones (Playing the Seahawks) and bench S Moss or P Burress and hope Jones gets enough carries (1 pt per 5 attempts). Any help is appreciated

Any help is appreciated Normally, I would say anytime you can start a RB at a flex you should. KJ does have a tough matchup, but he is at home and his new OC should know a little something about the Seabags def. You may catch a break if your opponent starts Housh as I thought he is out.
