THE NEWS

Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens participated in his first practice Monday since injuring his knee on August 17. "It has been since February since I played football," he told the Seattle Times. "So just knocking the rust off, being out there with the guys, getting in the flow of the snap count, the huddle, all that stuff, just getting back in the groove is going to be the biggest thing."

Our View

Stevens has practiced only a handful of times since the Super Bowl, so the rust isn't going to come off too quickly. He will likely be the starter this Sunday against the Rams, but he isn't a strong fantasy option until he proves he's back to form.
