Whenever I go to archive my messages, the file I recieve is unreadable, doesn't matter which option I pick. Am I doing something wrong, or does this feature just not work?

 

I just moved the last 18 messages to a NEW folder, and archived them to an HTML file. It worked. Very readable as a web page. Then I deleted the files in that folder to make more space. The XLS option was totally unreadable no matter what I did.
