Don't make me call them.... too many candles to light! I'm sure Vinny and Guido were quite the musclemen back in the day but an 80 year old shaking his cane at me hardly merits as a threat. There may be something in there that could help. Not sure though. Here's what I found..... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/231957/en-us Basically it sounds like one of their updates Fubared it.
