A very sad way to make sure your community never improves. And knowing about a serial murder next door and doing nothing? That is astounding. That deserves to make him the next victim. A very sad way to make sure your community never improves. yup. it's one thing to pile on a snitch who runs to the powers that be because he called you a mean name or something. it's something else entirely to refuse to talk to police in order to protect drug dealers, murderers, and the like. this is currently a very big problem in a lot of communities, and a pretty hot topic in law enforcement.
