Trade advice

Standard scoring, no PPR. My current team (relevant positions only) is

QB - Kitna, Leinert

RB - Gore, A. Peterson, L. Jordan, M. Jones-Drew, D. Foster, K. Jones

WR - Chad Johnson, Larry Fitz, Roy Williams

TE - nobody at the moment

We start 1 QB, 1 TE, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB or WR

I was offered Romo for Gore, but have negotiated it to the point where I

can give up Peterson and get Romo PLUS Dallas Clark; I actually am trying

to get Romo and Witten.

Do you think it's worth it? I lose Peterson, but with my RB depth I should

be OK playing matchups. And it's a BIG upgrade at TE.

With my receivers, I'm usually OK putting one of them at flex, so it's really

just a question of losing AP as a #2 RB option.

I would not give up AP. Gore is struggling a bit, Jordan is hurt and has Fargas and Rhodes breathing down his neck, Jones -Drew has lost his Mo Jo and Foster is, well he's Foster. Kevin Jones may play out but still to be determined. If you get rid of AP you will be weak at RB.

Kitna is not too much behind Romo, also I see Romo sitting or resting in the fantasy playoffs and Kitna will still be battling.

Bump -- anybody else? I'm not sure how much better AP is than my other guys. I agree with Wolfdigger's comments about Kitna and Romo, but I'm also gaining a Witten (or Dallas Clark) vs. a waiver guy (last week I played Visanthe Shiancoe, but am cutting him this week).

So should I give up AP for Romo and Witten? Romo and D. Clark?

Having Romo AND KItna may be overkill, but would be awfully nice insurance and bye week coverage.
