Which running backs to start?

Ok I'm in a few league like many of us and I'm having a little trouble trying to figure out who to play. We start two RB's. Our leagues scoring is as follows:

1 pt = 10 yrs rush/receiving

1 pt = Reception

6 pt = Rush/receiving TD

So here are my troubles lol, In the first league I have: Ronnie Brown, Adrian Peterson, Reggie Bush, Kevin Jones, and Micheal Bennett. My gut tells me Brown and Peterson but its a difficult choice between Peterson and Bush since they both had good games last week (Peterson coming off a career day). So what do you guys think?

My second league has the same scoring but I have the following backs: Ronnie Brown, Marshawn Lynch, Kevin Jones, and Steven Jackson. This is the more difficult one. Jackson is out of the question at the time being and unfortunately possibly for the year (unless he's playing for contract incentives) but I feel like Jones may be the better start over Lynch. Lynch is playing a D that hasn't been very good to backs this year and Jones is having his coming out party as a starter. Jones in the three weeks he's played has gotten 8, 11, and 7 pts off of 3, 10, and 11 attempts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
