Steelhead
This guy's been hurt all season. Is he worth picking up as a backup or should I take LJ Smith? Witten is my starter.
keithcho11
its a toss up, but i would probably go with lj smith based on the fact he has mcnabb throwing the ball. mcnair and boller are not great options to have throwing to heap
vikings711
I just read this... Ravens TE Todd Heap (hamstring) missed practice again Thursday. His nightmare season continues. He isn't healthy and for him to be available to pick up sounds like your roster is that large. Smith is a better pick up.
mlydle
I have V. Davis, LJ Smith, and Heap. I'm leaning towards dropping Heap. He's had one good game, is hurt, but has a pretty good rapport with a crappy QB, Boller. While, LJ Smith is healthy, has a good rapport with a good QB, and is playing for a fat contract next year.
