When the games are close they run him. When they're playing catchup, their receivers are so bad at getting open that Smith/Dilfer are always forced to check down to him anyway. Peterson is too explosive to sit if he's getting starters carries, but Grant isn't a bad third option. I'm just not sure how much running we'll see in that Packers - Cowboys game.
