ccc1
Rain, rain and more rain.... with a brief stopage just after kick-off only to start again around 10:30PM The field is suffering............ Passing game typically flurishes under these conditions....

Avernus
Like last week's game........? I think they are going to try and prepare a lot better for the field conditions.... last week was a joke....another thread (there are 3 threads on this topic now) mentioned about how they are putting more tarp over the field.... they should put tarp over the field and clean it up at halftime even... Skippy
There has been rain but don't think rain like we had last week. The field has been covered with a tarp and a backup tarp on top of that one. The weather is calling for light rain around game time. My honest opinion would be that this week will be no different than any other week that we had rain. IT WON"T BE LIKE LAST WEEK. Any Steeler or Bengal players that you would normally start should indeed get their start unless you have a backup that you were waffling over to begin with. As mentioned, I expect the passing to be fine tonight. The running, FWP, may suffer a bit but like I said this is not the soaker that it was last Monday. Skippy
So much for a light rain. It is pouring out there right now and has been for about the past 15 or 20 minutes. It is not pouring everywhere as I just drove a triangle around Pittsburgh while picking up my kids but at times it is a really heavy rain. It is still not going to be like last week but it is going to be a mudder.
