MS Office Question

I can't believe I can't figure this out but there has to something incredibly obvious that I am missing.

On my work computer when I open multiple MS Word or Excel files they all open in the same window and to change from one to the other I have to go to the Window menu option and chose the other file.

I would like to have the two documents open side by side in two seperate Word or Excel Windows. How can I accomplish this? That's how it works on my home computer but for the life of me I can't seem to figure it out at work.

Open both the will be layered. While maximized Click the "Maximize button" and the current window should shrink. Then Click the same button in the other doc and you have both docs in separate scalable/sizeable windows. Move, scale as desired.

Well, that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I want it to appear like there are two Microsoft Word/Excel programs running side by side. Not tiled windows within the same window.

AC,

What I posted DOES what you want. If the instructions are vague, let me know, PM your phone #, and I'll call you.

The Vegas Hilton is hardly on the Strip..... but a lot closer than the South Point.

ETA: Well, they do have a few properties, so I could be thinking of the wrong one, but the main Hilton is off the strip near the Convention Center if memory serves.

AC, Check your PM's!
