Puddy
Mrs. Puddy tried to print something while I was gone this morning with no success. Well, I get home and there are two print jobs waiting to be printed. I cancelled both of them but they won't disappear from the queue (both just read "deleting"). I can't print anything else and I'm guessing it's because those two jobs are still in there. Just a local printer. Any ideas?

millerx
It might just take sometime. Rebooting the PC might help. -or- Just restart the print spooler service. it will flush out all print jobs stuck in queue. Right click the MY COMPUTER icon, select MANAGE, look for services and expand it, you will see Print spooler, right click it and select restart. that queue will delete itself. Do the second part first, then re-boot. Try to print again. If it still chokes, let me know and we'll try to do an uninstall/re-install.
