goodrumm
What RB would you guys target on the WW from the following: I'm leaning toward Hightower or Sproles. Yes, no? Other thoughts (Bush, Jackson, Thomas)???? Current roster is below. Scoring is 1pt/10 yrds rushing or receiving; 6 pt/score. Current WW RBs: Hightower - AZ Sproles - SD Pittman - Den W. Dunn - TB B. Jackson - GB P. Thomas - NO M. Bush - Oak C. Perry - Cinci Thanks in advance!
the outlaw
Depending upon LT's injury status, Sproles has the most short-term value...however IMO Hightower has the most long-term potential (and as ARI's GL back, short-term value too, if you're in a TD-heavy scoring system)...while Perry is currently the undisputed starter in Cincy, that offense is currently in shambles...I would watch the injury reports very closely this week to see if anything new unfolds on LT..the worst you could do by grabbing Sproles is have him as trade bait for the LT owner (if/when LT does go down for any long-term period) who has not handcuffed his stud RB... Other thoughts (Bush, Jackson, Thomas)???? Current roster is below. Scoring is 1pt/10 yrds rushing or receiving; 6 pt/score. Current WW RBs: Hightower - AZ(Will eat up goaline carries from Edge, also a great change of pace back for em) Sproles - SD(depends on LT2's injury) Pittman - Den(Denver's RBBC is never dependable eventhough he gets the goaline carries..they have Marshall,Royal, and Sceffler) W. Dunn - TB(maybe will have a couple decent to good games...no value) B. Jackson - GB(just like Sproles...better choice then sproles though because he will get more carries than Sproles even w/ Grant n LT2 healthy) P. Thomas - NO(McAllister will eventually come to form..stay away) M. Bush - Oak(Tempting but once Fargas is healthy enough to go it'll be McFadden/Fargas duo.) C. Perry - Cinci(he's there starter but The BENGALS are NO GO.) Thanks in advance! see mine! http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=259976
Cowboyz1
Hightower - AZ (Goal line back would be used more if he was not a rookie and they had confidence in his pass protection. He could take over if they get comfortable with his pass protection. Warner is their golden goose and they trust Edge far more with his health) Sproles - SD (Grab him, toe injuries can last all season long. He will produce if in there and on special teams.) Pittman - Den(don't be shanahaned) W. Dunn - TB(very little value unless Graham gets injured) B. Jackson - GB(solid handcuff on an explosive team. Grant and his hammy should be watched) P. Thomas - NO(very little value. Handcuff for Bush inury but also rookie in pass protection. If he is in there it's going to be a run play) M. Bush - Oak(backup on a bad team. little value unless Fargas injury is nagging all year) C. Perry - Cinci(no value)
