Cameltosis
My iPod just died. It is out of support and Apple wont touch it. I tried. I was told it is probably a bad logic board but I have no idea how the prepubescent lad knew this without opening it up. Has anyone ever had one fixed? I see many places online but I have no idea if these places are respectable or pricey. I dont want to funnel too much into a 4 year old iPod, but the thing holds 60GB and I like that. Pretty much word for word how I feel. I was just thinking if I could get it fixed for $50 it might be worth it. The jump from 16GB to 120GB is $150! Cunning Linguist
I found this site while looking to fix a bad video connection on my older Powerbook. They have step-by-step tutorials on how to fix all Macs, iPods an iPhones, plus links on where to get parts. The instructions are well done with photos and easy to follow directions. iFixit
