driveby
How do you reheat alfredo sauce so it doesn't seperate and turn all oily?
WashingtonD
Reheat on the stove top under low heat, add just a bit of milk and butter (how much a bit is depends on how much you are reheating, but you don't need much) while you are reheating that will help keep the sauce bound...stir slowly WashD
driveby
thanks, sounds good. How about in a microwave at work?
WashingtonD
I'll be honest there bro, never tried with a microwave...I'd guess the same theory should apply, heat in short bursts on like medium (if the microwave has multiple power settings) stir in a little milk and repeat...given you are at work you can skip the butter which just adds a little bonus creaminess to the sauce, the milk should do just fine. If you only have "high" power on microwave I think it might be tough to keep the sauce from separating. WashD
