polksalet
I have been a fan of ccleaner for several years now. I like the quick and efficient way that it cleans my temp files and tweaks my registry to make my machine more efficient. Well last night I was sitting around enjoying Linux Nirvana when I thought "I wonder that would happen if I put Ccleaner on here?" So I did and ran it in Wine. It cleaned a few temp files and everything was great. I then ran it on the registry to see what would happen. It found 37 probs with my registry and corrected them. Most of them were windows related errors. Oh yeah, Ubuntu has no registry. It is a sham. It made up there errors as they can't possibly exist. Yet another program that I thought was good is just another piece of junk.
smithkt
But there is a registry used by Wine, isn't there? I suspect you successfully cleaned the registry files used by wine.
