I have the 3rd overall pick in my 12 team league. We can keep one player from the previous year at the round we originally drafted them in. The two keepers I'm trying to choose between are Maurice Jones-Drew (2nd round) or Kurt Warner (9th round). I know Warner is the better value (projected 3rd round) but it's tempting to keep Jones-Drew and end up with 2 top-five players on my roster. Thoughts either way? tonorator Posted August 22, 2009 Share Posted August 22, 2009 i like keeping the bigger impact player in this case, which is mjd. warner in the 9th is great value, but he carries quite a bit of risk given his age. i'd only go warner if you think that many owners will be keeping a QB.
