Phazool
'You don't want to risk getting injured and then being out four weeks,' Boldin said. 'That would be stupid. It's a long season. It's only week one. I'd rather sit out game one as opposed to sitting out four or five other games. You just have to use your discretion.' Boldin will likely be a game-time decision for Week 1. Even if he plays, how can I expect him to play 100% based on that quote. I may regret this move but I feel too strongly about it. Thank you, I can sleep now. lol
masterwing
Im trying to get to that point as well...I need to sleep and i was hoping for better info than that. I might have to bench him. But if he plays tomorrow and im at work--with no way to put him back in--lll be mad--hes a monster when in the game. well maybe ill sleep on it and see how i feel before im off to work. Phazool
he is basically telling you that he thinks its stupid to risk injury and be out for 3-4 more weeks. I think that if he plays, he will be nothing but a decoy. Breaston owners should take advantage this week. again, I could be all wrong blah blah blah... Henry Muto
Boldin will be ok. I feel as frustrated as anyone as I was very high on Boldin taking him in the 2nd round of 3-4 drafts this year passing up the likes of Jennings and R-White in some leagues. He is such a beast when healthy. The week you sit him he will go for 12 for 166 and 3 TD's. Just don't do it.

rdnsnow
I benched him as well because it was not certain if he was going to play. So I started Anthony Gonzales instead. That worked well. (sigh) some points are better then no points.
