shotgun72
Last night, I was able to get Chester Taylor off Waivers. To make room I gave up David Gerrard. I already have Tom Brady and Matt Hasselbeck for QB. Is this whole handcuffing thing worth it or should I try to get a better WR off waivers. Stuckey, Britt, Murphy, Clayton, Robinson, Manningham, Bennett, and Bradley are all still available. Right now I have 4 WR and 6 RB's . Standard scoring no PPR. Thanks! ReturnToSender
Keep Taylor, because if ADP does go down, Chester will be a 3 down back there, and can run for 100+ each game and catch 4-6 passes
mojo chiefs
Keep Chester Taylor for sure. By mid season you may be able to play both of them and get decent points. May be trying to rest Peterson some by then. And you wouldn't be happy if Peterson is injured and some one beat you to him. Taylor will get good numbers if Peterson doesn't play. shotgun72
Thanks for the info. Also been thinking of Starting ADP AND Taylor against Detroit 1. Because of the matchup 2. My other RB's are Addai, Parker, Stewart, and Sproules. But something about it is causing me to hesitate.
slasher
I don't really believe in handcuffs, because they generally represent a wasted roster spot. In the case of protecting a first round RB selection, I sometimes do it - i.e. for AP. Outside of this situation and maybe a few others, I really try to avoid it.
