Id start Jones because you know he is getting 18-20 carries at least and will catch a few passes. No guarantees that Randle-El will do anything. Id stick with Jones until he starts to stink and lose carries to Edgerrin. Should be decent this week.

This is one of those questions that I think brings up the conservative vs gambler concept. Jones is probably the safer to be sure of 6 to 10 points, not likely to do much more; Randle-el could go 6 for 100, 1TD, or 1 for 20. In this case I look at MY matchup - if my FF opponent has a stronger team than mine, I go with the gamble, knowing Jones's 8 points won't help while Randle-el's 16 could help me squeeze out a win. If the opponent has a weaker overall squad than mine, I'd go with Jones and the "guarantee" of 6-8 points.
