Coach1310
My Team: QB: Palmer, Garrard RB: AP, Grant, KSmith, DBrown, WParker WR: Colston, Housh, Burleson, Berrian, Ginn TE: Winslow One team in my league has Manning AND Warner. I want to try and snag Manning... Is KSmith and Housh an acceptable offer? Not enough? Too much? The team with Manning is pretty weak.... QB Manning, Warner RB Jackson, LJohnson, JStewart, DWard WR Welker, Holt, SMoss, Britt We play: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, Def each week 50/50 1pt for every 10 rush/rec, 1pt for every 20/pass, 4pt pass TD Thanks
vikingsfan11
i wouldnt do it if iwas him, you dont have enough to really go for it and both of you be happy....why not make the same trade for Warner? http://imaginarygridiron.blogspot.com/ check out my blog
Coach1310
i wouldnt do it if iwas him, you dont have enough to really go for it and both of you be happy....why not make the same trade for Warner? I just don't trust Warner staying healthy. My feeling is Palmer is an automatic 16-20 pts per week, but never more and sometimes less. They are so committed to running the ball this year. Manning is a solid 20+ every week and they don't seem to concerned with trying to ever run the ball. I like Warner, but I just don't like the "risk" of trading away some of my depth for someone I'm really don't believe in.
Jackass
He needs a rb. You really only have AP. You're prob not willing to let him go, so i don't see you being able to pull this off.

onbrake
If you offered him Grant and Garrad you could snag Warner and if should get hurt you have Palmer.
Happy Hour
Unless he's an idiot, his weaknesses and your players to spare don't line up. Be happy with Palmer, I'm becoming a believer. ark
As someone above suggested, try offering Grant or K.Smith for Warner. You will have Palmer as backup for Warner. He needs a starter RB and should take the deal.
