Who to start, INDY DEF or MINN DEF?

I know it might seem an easy choice in favor of Indy DEF against St. Louis, but except for one bad game against SF, the really haven't allowed teams a lot of defensive points. Indy hasn't really done well this year in defensive scoring.

Minnesota's matchup on paper doesn't look good at all. Pittsburgh has an explosive passing game and could score a lot of points. Roethlisburger has been getting sacked lately.

I used the logic of matchups last year when I also had Minnesota Defense, and didn't start them against New Orleans, and Minn got 2 defensive scores, some sacks, interception and fumble recoveries.

But, I still don't know who I should start?

Here is the scoring for my league for defense.

10 points for defensive scores, which include special teams.

1 point for sacks, interceptions, fumble recovery

5 points for safety

Hold to 0 points I would get 15 points, hold to 3 points, I would get 10 points.

above 35 points is -5 points.

Who do you think I should start based on my scoring?

Hi,

I have the Minny D. I was trying to get the Colts, just missed them, this week to start. Good analysis. I think both will do fine, but the Colts have a better chance at a shutout.

Good Luck, check out my post.
