Jets back in to Playoffs

No. Denver needs either the Steelers or Ravens to lose plus a Jets loss, or the Jets to win and BOTH Steelers and Ravens to lose.

Yahoo has a nice Playoff Scenario Generator that you can figure out all the different combinations of what-ifs.

Actually, Denver only needs Baltimore to lose as long as Houston also wins. That would create a three-way tie for the last wild card spot between Denver, Houston, and Pittsburgh, and Denver would get the spot based on best conference record (despite getting spanked by Pittsburgh this year). It seems weird that Houston beating New England has an effect on whether Denver or Pittsburgh makes the playoffs, but them's the rules.

I think its JUNK in Fantasy when a team "Tanks" a game (in an attempt try to 'work' the playoff seeding/match-ups)

just like I think its even bigger JUNK when a professional team does it as well.. Now there are other teams in the confrence who are getting benefits from GM/Coaching decisions on a totally seperate team. which isnt right to me.

its one thing to have some statistical anomolies aid your path to the playoffs, but to have a team GIVE a win away (with all the fighters in the AFC)

is unfair on all fronts.. plus the kicker in my mind is; players get hurt even in practice, the game does not discriminate between 'warm-ups' or 'practice' 'home or away' or 'Grass or Turf' "Sundays/Monday/Thursdays/Saturdays" as far as INJs are concerned..

in a nut shell it undermines the integrity of the game.. and what other teams are trying hard to accomplish.

I think it sucks, AND they could still lose in the playoffs and players can still get hurt (so if they lose in the playoffs, what would the loss have accomplished for them anyhow?)

If they dont win the whole thing this effort is in vain anyhow...Watch out for San Diego

Disapointed in J.Caldwell(and the gang) aka Colts as a whole for this.. I know its not in the players hands, but its still Bunk as hell.. BOO!
