Azazello1313 Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 I agree about the home size but I'd take that 7/10 with a HUGH pinch of salt. Who knows what the scale is based on? Only three murders a year and you get a 7? 50% passing grade? my guess is it's a site like greatschools.org, and 7/10 there is pretty damn good. I mean, they give out a lot of 1's and 4's and such, it's not like 7/10 is a 70% C- and 5/10 is failing. 7/10 is good. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We don't know for sure but ratings always need to be viewed against their base. Vested interests may give a place a 7 when a rational person would give it 3 or 4. Hope its not that site. well, I guess I have a different perspective. all the schools I went to are rated 6, 2, 3, 4. the ones in my area rated 9 or 10 are outstanding, and the ones rated 6-7 are pretty darn good. in any case, you learn precious little from looking at one number between 1 and 10.
