tazinib1
Interesting stuff. Is the "stuff" that does not soak up any oil biodegradable? Missed that part in the video?
whoopazz
Interesting stuff. Is the "stuff" that does not soak up any oil biodegradable? Missed that part in the video? He said "switchgrass and other cellulosic materials". reference: Cellulosic biomass materials can be supplied from a variety of resources at a low price. They can be classified in four groups based on type of resource: wood, municipal solid waste, waste-paper and crop residue resources. Seems like a plausible direction in the clean up area of the disaster to me.
rattsass
so if the unused material that does not soak up any oil is biodegradable and the company in question can produce it on a massive scale, there should be no reason to not try the method. The stuff is so safe you can actually eat it. Very curious that nobody seems to want to listen to him or consider his solution. Very curiou$.
