Two Trades to Choose From

Some background on my league. 12 team PPR. Start 1 QB, 2RB, 3 WR/TE, 1K, 1 Def.

Tight Ends get 1 point per 7 yards vs. 1 point per 10 yards for WR. (Makes a 1000 yard TE equal to a 1350 yard WR)

My team:

QB: Vick, Ryan, Favre

RB: Gore, Forte, Moreno, Barber, Dixon

WR/TE: Gates, Finley, Boldin, Maclin, Holmes, B. Edwards

K and Def: Who cares?

I am considering 2 trade offers.

I give up Moreno and Maclin for Vernon Davis and J Stewart

or

I give up Moreno and Boldin for BMarshall and Wells

Thoughts?

No and no. While I am not a Moreno fan, his schedule is ridiculously soft and he is the guy in Denver. You already have two great TE's in Gates and Finley, so I don't see the value in Davis. Stewart and Wells would be downgrades at your RB spot with no appreciable gains at your WR/TE spot (I'd argue Boldin will have a better year than Marshall and Maclin and Davis are about equal (maybe a slight nod to Davis for your scoring).

Thanks for the input.

If I could start a flex, I would love having Moreno, but right now he just rides the pine.

In our scoring VDavis was the 3rd rated WR/TE last year. To start 3 of the top four TEs as my recievers every week is tempting.

You are both probably right. If it ain't broke....don't fix it.
