Cooley is an upgrade over M Lewis, and Cribbs - well I don't even know why he's in the deal other than to take a WR roster spot. I wouldn't do it. Moss through 3 games isn't necessairly looking like the Moss of old - but he's still Randy Moss and still has Brady throwing him the ball. He's a threat week in and week out to get the f' off.
