Well I just happen to have the same exact 2 QB's in 1 of my leagues and I am leaning toward Favre. He is in prime time as is Randy Moss and they will want to put on a show. Favre threw 7 TD passes last year vs GB Moss is ready for his breakout game Cincy has a pretty good DF When I have 2 players rated about the same I prefer the guy in a primetime game.
