BeeR
Here's what I know and what I don't about Neighbor A and Neighbor B: Big tree in A's yard crashes onto B's car which is parked in front of B's house (live across from each other - tree is blocking road). Damage isn't "too bad" - it glanced off the hood mostly so new hood and some paint work elsewhere, maybe a plastic piece or 2. A is going to check if homeowner's policy covers. Don't know if B has comprehensive ins on car or not as it's a 2d car B rarely drives (not a clunker but not a vette or anything either). If B isn't covered and A's home ins won't cover, do you think A should offer anything to B? If so what? Cover it all? Half? A 6 pack? Nothin?
