fingfootball Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 So I quit smoking again. Ive lasted almost 3 months. The last couple days I have been jonesing for a smoke real bad. I was thinking about getting some of those electronic cigerettes that Rovers is having sucess with, but Ive gone without nicotine for awhile and dont want to start that up again. I've found that the feeling always passes eventually, and the cravings get less intense the more times I've successfully resisted. Don't give in and smoke because you'll be weaker next time.
