So I quit smoking again. Ive lasted almost 3 months. The last couple days I have been jonesing for a smoke real bad. I was thinking about getting some of those electronic cigerettes that Rovers is having sucess with, but Ive gone without nicotine for awhile and dont want to start that up again. Probably nothing I can do but ride it out, but open to any suggestions that you "quitters" may have.

Exercise is my distraction of choice when I'm craving something I'm not supposed to have. I've found that the feeling always passes eventually, and the cravings get less intense the more times I've successfully resisted. Don't give in and smoke because you'll be weaker next time. Find something to take your mind off it.
