Brez
Anyone else think that Gabbert will be the starter moving forward? Seems like the writing is on the wall.

I would be shocked if Gabbert does not get the start next week, but with Del Rio who flippin knows.
Riffraff
McNown was without his top receiving targets, on the road, and playing a top defense. It wouldn't surprise me if Gabbert sits a while longer. He's not ready. So what that means is that tomorrow, Gabbert will be named the starter. DanTheMan_5
"Luke (McCown) struggled yesterday, there's no sugarcoating that.'' Del Rio said during his press conference. Del Rio was non-commital when asked whether Blaine Gabbert or Luke McCown would start on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Del Rio said about a possible change at quarterback, "At this point today, we're evaluating tape. If we decide to make a change at any position, we'll let you know when its appropriate." Del Rio continued, "Gabbert will get his shot at some point. It's not something we're going to talk about today." http://www.bigcatcountry.com/
lennykravitz2004
IMHO, Gabbert's time is now. And I wasn't a HUGH fan of his (and I'm a Mizzou fan) when he came out. Maybe it's more an indictment of McNown than endorsement of Gabbert?? Who knows, I could be wrong and he turns out to be pretty solid. Wouldn't mind if he could find a way to start connecting w/ Thomas if he does start...

Blaine? But he's got skills, and size.
