I would like to distance myself as much as humanly possible from the gentleman who apparently agreed with me. For the record, I do often tire of the degree to which we have to back Israel and certainly am all about separation of church and state. So there's that. What has having an ally in that region done for us? Are the fundimentalists not attacking folk/places/things because Isreal is there?
