GooseAmbassadorToJapan
Anybody else picking up Bennie Fowler on the waiver wire this week? I'm in a 32-team league and the pickings are very slim, so I'm taking a chance on him. The chances are that last night's performance was a one-off. On the other hand, he has at least proved that he is a safe pair of hands and that Siemian is comfortable throwing to him, so he should have some minimal value just because of that. If one of the receivers ahead of him gets injured, he could be in for some serious usage. It's a 32-team league and the options are thin! Anyone else going for him? I didn't know that. Sounds like he might be a useful addition! The Broncos are fairly deep at WR, so that will have made him a less attractive proposition, along with being out for a year with other players passing him on the depth chart. Still, I'm glad to have him. I took Cameron Meredith in the second round, and Jarvis Landry is my only "big name" receiver.
