Itsnottatooma Posted January 6, 2005 Share Posted January 6, 2005 I was in an on-line pick'em pool with some buddies this year. Real simple, just pick the winner of every NFL game, no point spread. Whoever has the most right at the end of the year wins the pot. I got behind by having a couple of really bad weeks in the middle of the season and then tanked in the last 4 weeks when I tried picking a bunch of upsets to make up ground. In the end I ended up below the middle of the pack with a percentage right of only 59% (150 right out of 256 games). The pool winner had 171 correct for winning percentage of 67%. I was wondering how well I woulda done if instead of thinking about it, I'd just picked the favorite for every game, or just picked the home team for every game. Does anybody know if this type of info is posted somewhere on the web, or maybe some of you gamblers out there might have this kind of info handy?
