Also, perhaps I feel closer to the situation because I'm a Westy owner. The unknown question is ...will the increased need for Westbrook bring about the eventual injury we all fear? Clearly, there is no answer. To the OP: From what I've read, Westy has done a lot this offseason to bulk up and strengthen his body to be more like Tiki Barber, so that he feels he can endure an NFL season. So far so good. I think the bigger problem is the receivers not being able to hold on to the damn ball. If Westbrook is the only person who can catch he will get a lot more touches not matter who the QB is.
