Those outside the home market will still be able to see the games on TV. I had the Gameplan thing one year and i had 49ers games get blacked out on me. It depends on how it is shown. If you get the gameplan package and they use the local television channel for the game it will get blacked out to you too. If it's not supposed to do that, I've had it happen.
