DexterDew
listening to people talk about their fantasy team is like listening to someone recant blackjack hands: we've all been there and done that. you would thing this community would be a little more sympathetic at times, but jokes and quips are easier. out of my five teams: main local, first round bye 2nd main local, missed high man for the year by 0.96 (1210.19 to 1209.25) and missed the playoffs Huddler Nation, not mathematically illimenated yet at 7-6 with a week to go new keeper, playoffs new local, playoffs and then the dealer pulled a four, and took my money... TDFFFreak
listening to people talk about their fantasy team is like listening to someone recant blackjack hands: we've all been there and done that. you would thing this community would be a little more sympathetic at times, but jokes and quips are easier. out of my five teams: main local, first round bye 2nd main local, missed high man for the year by 0.96 (1210.19 to 1209.25) and missed the playoffs Huddler Nation, not mathematically illimenated yet at 7-6 with a week to go new keeper, playoffs new local, playoffs and then the dealer pulled a four, and took my money... Not entirely sure what your point is... I agree with the statement that we've all been there, done that before and don't need to hear it again (like talking about a bad beat in poker). On the other hand, everyone has the right to talk about what's going on with their teams. Some will listen and have a serious conversation and others will make fun. Ultimately, it's about how you discuss these things. Are you a braggart, blowhard ass-hat when speaking? Or are you a realistic, somewhat modest-at-times person with a sense of humor who can dish it as well as you take it? montster
If you are in a league where you make the playoffs year in and year out then my first thought is that your league is not as competitive as it could be. + another 1. in my main 14-team redraft, it's my third year in the league but my first in the playoffs. turnover is only one guy a year, and what i've noticed so far is that it's not the same guys making the playoffs every year. definitely makes things more satisfying when you're successful. Randall
Was up by 40 points but McGahee and Mason did me in in HOT. Bounced right out of the playoffs.

I know it sucks, but it's kinda funny, I mean, what are the chances of those guys scoring 40 points against the Pats? Unreal.
Grits and Shins
I needed Randy Moss to outscore NE's defense by about 5 points to win my game, check I needed Willis McGahee to stay out of the end zone so the division leader would lose .... 2nd highest scoring team in the league ... out of the playoffs
