DeezNuts
Sep 1 Roy Cummings, of the Tampa Tribune, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will go with WR Michael Clayton, WR Maurice Stovall and WR Ike Hilliard if WR Antonio Bryant (knee) can't go in Week 1. Sep 1 Roy Cummings, of the Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Antonio Bryant (knee) has fluid build-up in his knee and could miss the season opener. Bryant has missed the last two weeks of workouts. Does this mean Bryant and not Clayton is the #2 WR in Tampa. All the depth charts have Clayton as the #2 and are saying what great shape he is in? Can anyone clarify the WR situation in Tampa? Thanks

Thanks Joey Galloway and Ike Hilliard are the starters....Clayton plays the same side as Hillard while Stovall and Bryant play the same side as Galloway. Does this help? Jolly Rodgers
Bryant has just been named the starter for week one in front of Hilliard.
kingfish247
Bryant has just been named the starter for week one in front of Hilliard. Bryant wins starting WR spotAntonio Bryant spent the NFL season last year on his couch. But he will begin the regular season Sunday in New Orleans in the Bucs' starting lineup opposite Joey Galloway. Grimm74
I've had this guy on my sleeper board for a while. Gruden loves this guy and feels he is the most talented WR he has ever had on the Bucs. He was quoted in saying something about wanting to get the ball in his hands a lot this season. I liked what little I saw of him in the preseason. If you add the fact the Galloway's stats have been in a steady decline over the last 3 years, I think this makes for a fairly productive fantasy season for Bryant.
