He has basically neglected the two best playmakers this year (Gates and LT). Gates is having a better than average year but he is basically the 3rd option in the passing game. I just don't get it. This team has been mentioned as SB potential for the last 3-4 years and it's because of LT and Gates. Norv thinks the road to the SB is through Chambers and VJax. As far as OC, I'm not sure if the Cowboys successes on offensive were because of him or in spite of him. I guess his track record since his days in Dallas would prove the latter. Norv has no inspiration. His days with Dallas everybody on the field knew his playbook ... they just couldn't do anything about it. Any 3rd grader could have done as well.
