UT gladly plays in the Big 12 where the conference as a whole has decided it is in their best interest to use BCS rankings to break a 3 way tie. And you know what, it is in their best interest. From the standpoint of trying to get a team in to the Championship game, this is, without a doubt, the best way to do this.

 

And there is nothing that would shock me more than if these same UT officials would have also slapped a disclaimer on their title if they were in OU's shoes.

Im not sure this is that surprising considering Mack Brown said he was voting Texas #1, after struggling to beat OSU on a last 2nd TD.

Doesn't USC gladly play in the BCS where all the BCS teams as a whole have decided it is their best interest to use the BCS rankings to determine a National Champion?
