Hugh B Tool Posted October 24, 2010 Share Posted October 24, 2010 Exactly what Bier said. I use orange/apricot jam or jelly, OJ, molasses or brown sugar and some cinnamon and clove. Cherry is also excellant. I don't glaze it until almost done though and raise the heat a bit, uncovered. I cook most of my hams in a amber ale of some kind before the glazing starts.
