BA Baracus
Who was Newton throwing to last year? If he slides down at all I think it is because of his injury last year Or the year before that??? Both seasons in which he finished positional top 4. The only real risk to Newton's production is a reduction in rushing attempts.
darin3
Who was Newton throwing to last year? If he slides down at all I think it is because of his injury last year He may have only had 745 yards last year, but Steve Smith was an important cog in that offense, passing wise. Benjamin, as a rookie, will have a difficult time dealing with opposing defenses' #1 CB and Newton will be feeding Olsen a ton. Good news for Olsen owners, personally down on Newton. I have Newton around 8th... not bullish or down on him. ...very high on Olsen. ... If I can get Luck and Palmer I am good
Goopster24
I'll take Cutler over Newton gladly.
HighKite
I have Newton pretty high myself, number 5 overall production wise . He really only makes plays on defensive breakdowns anyways so I think Another WR will work just as Smith did. In real life you could not give him to me now, but for Fantasy he has the schedule to make some things happen. As others have said my biggest worry is if he can still run like he did. If he cannot there is no reason to draft him at all.
