It's piqued my interest a little bit that's for sure. Anyone getting that much volume is worth a second look. However, their O-Line makes me worry and hesitant and kind of cancels out the extra volume. He will need the TDs to keep his value as high end RB2 IMO.

To say an 80-20 split would bump someone out of the first round is a bit odd. Gurley had 61% of his teams carries last year (82% between him and Malcolm Brown). Le'Veon Bell had 84% of his teams RB carries. I think an 80-20 split is totally reasonable to expect, and I'd be ecstatic if my RB1 was guaranteed that volume.

I'd say hold for one more week. If the chemistry isn't there with Kaep, then drop him. Kaep seemed to be looking to Smith and Patton more than Kerley, even though they all had 7 targets. But Kerley just doesn't have the red zone presence to make him worth holding onto if he'll be getting about 7 targets per game.

Sounds like you're trying to convince yourself you made a good deal, meanwhile you're actually kicking yourself now. And that's probably why you didn't name the RB you traded him for...
