True but the guy is ridiculously stacked at WR so I doubt he will even play LaFell (or Garcon for that matter). Im looking to upgrade at QB as I have Colin Kaepernick and after the last couple weeks I have lost a lot of faith. Ive found an owner that is absolutely barren at RB and am about to send him this offer: QB Kaepernick WR Garcon RB Tre Mason for QB Brady WR LaFell Am I giving up too much here? I still have decent RB depth after the trade with Ellington, Forte, Hill, Gray, and Carey (Forte handcuff). This is a non PPR league by the way.

I actually picked him up on one of my squads this week as he looked good in his debut last week. Happy with his performance against Seattle but that was a bad fumble at the end that could have cost St Louis the game. Hopefully that doesn't put him in the dog house already.

Im in a PPR league and I guess u could say I have a bit of a mancrush on Isaiah Crowell. Just feel like he has stand alone value as the #2 behind Tate and with Tates track record I feel like when and if he is given the opportunity to be top dog he could be a beast. Is trading Sankey giving up too much for a #2 RB considering that it looks like Tennessee is finally going to give him the ball?

Was just thinking about this thread. As for the top RB's so far, McCoy-not good, Peterson-probably done for the year, Eddie Lacy-not good, Jamaal Charles-not good. Matt Forte has yet to find the endzone this year but has been able to make up for it with some pretty good yardage production. Will these guys turn it around at some point this year? Probably but what will your record be when they finally do? Odds are if u spent a premium pick on a RB this year u are probably not too satisfied with your return as of yet.

I have to agree with what most said above. Depends on what spot u draft from. I would be very hard pressed to go WR if I were sitting in the 1-4 spots. But the author of the article says u should do just that Draft WR no matter what spot u draft from because in todays game the RB position is riskier than the WR position. Now, in my league I am drafting in today it is only .5 points per reception. Do u guys think this would still be a sound strategy with that type of format or does .5 points somewhat nullify any advantage u might gain in this thinking?
