very true.... I failed to mention he has Wayne so he probably won't go for Garcon. I don't want to deal Marshall even with a new QB as he's the no questioned #1 and will get looks b/c the fins will be playing from behind. League is TE NON-mandatory

If you get B-beck, pull the trigger. If not, pull the trigger. Winners have to take risks and the benefits are pretty high. You have no control over injuries, players crapping the bed, etc, but Newton is the starter, no questions. And even if his passing falls off a bit, his rushing will likely cover for a decent amount of that. Be bold. btw, with performance scoring, you're likely looking at more than 2 pts per game from Maclin.

League rewards more pts for longer tds, no pts for receptions. I offered A. Petersen and Percy Harvin for Larry Ftizgerald and Frank Gore He obviously doesn't like Harvin, so I need advice on which of these WR/TEs I should I be willing to part with: Lance Moore Pierre Garcon Aaron Hernandez Brandon Marshall my only decent RB is Blount and I have Kendall Hunter (Gore's handcuff). So I'm going with Freeman @ QB, but am still on the fence with the other RBs. Leaning Brown and Jennings, but for some reason want to play choice - any word on if Barber will be playing?

If it's already happened then you can't come up with new rules... if it were me, I would move both teams into the next round and have a 3 team match-up. If it hasn't happened and you're just worried, you'd have to go to a league vote on anything, which isn't likely before this week's games (especially since one game has already been played). Again, I would go with the above option, but if you have to propose something, the I would go with one of these: - most yds for starters - most TDs for starters - bench points (least favorite option) Coin flip is crap - I would be pissed if I were the loser.... (unless both parties agree to this option)

Performance league that rewards more points for longer TDs. Flacco vs Saints or Freeman vs Lions Have played with Flacco all year but he's going up against NO, who are just killing QBs right now (decent yards but very few TDs). Freeman isn't sexy and won't put up a ton of yards, but will probably have 200 and might have a better chance at multiple TDs (competing with the run game as well). Need 2 of these: T. Choice vs Skins Ronnie Brown vs Bills Rashard Jennings @ IND All split carries and some more than others. Choice may have to deal with Marion Barber coming back and he laid an egg last week, but has good upside for TDs against a pretty bad Skins run D. Brown splits pretty evenly with Williams and had his only TD of the year against Buffalo (their run D is pretty bad). Jennings might only get a few touches but he's been lighting it up and in my league, his long TD last week was huge (he scored 24 pts). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Morris looked good last week but Best might be back and they're on the 3rd string QB Jones will get carries but must score a TD to be valuable (unless Denver does it again to them) Choice is a wild card but could go off against a weak Indy D Brown had a decent game last week but is still splitting carries with Ricky, who looked good on the long TD. He will get carries though.

I'm going to go contrary this week. I think the Panthers really want to see what they have in Goodson with Williams' contract ending this year and are going to keep feeding him.

Not sure if the league is PRR, but I'd roll the dice with Knox this week.
