I felt it here in Wilmington DE. I was at a red light and thought I was having engine trouble. When I got down town, all the buildings were being evacuated.

One theory I’ve heard floated by a couple of the talk radio folks/callers is: He has an inflamed spleen, apparently a common, lingering effect of mono, thus full participation would be dangerous at this time. My problem with this theory is, if that is the case, why all the secrecy?

I do kale, apple, and banana, almost every morning. Add water, about half way up the pitcher, if you wish a little plain yogurt. pulse it a few times to get it started, and then put it on the highest setting for a couple minutes. It’s not too bad.

I've had some bad gout attacks. I cut back on the drinking, especially beer and wine. I also strated drinking tart cherry juice dailey. I order it from here, by the case. No attacks in a year or so.

I’m not an HVAC guy, but…. It sounds like the offending vent has a loose louver. I had this last month. When the fan was on the louver rattled, and drove me nuts, I got a new one from Home Depot for and replaced it for like $20. As for the fan, check the thermostat fan settings. Make sure it’s set to “auto” and not “on”.

Have you considered volunteering? I worked in a maximum security, juvenile, therapeutic community for eight years as a counselor. I was also active in coaching football there. The facility, in which I worked, had several dedicated volunteers ( but never enough), who helped with tutoring and coaching some kids who really needed it. It might be a nice intermediate step. As rewarding as this kind of work can be, it has it's drawbacks. Good luck to you.
