I dont know that Lazard will break out but Rodgers got him in the game and fed him the ball so that is as good of an endorsement as a WR can get. If you have the bench space hang on to him and see if he develops. Man, unrelated kind of, but I remember picking up Crowder a few years ago when he had that CRAZY stretch with the Redskins.
