League Vote #3 - Expansion to 24 teams / 3 ships

Would you like to see the league expand in 2020 to 24 teams and 3 ships/leagues or would you prefer to stay at 16 teams and 2 ships/crews?

 

**The biggest changes would be smaller payouts for the bottom league and higher turnover between leagues (every year 6 of the 8 teams in the middle league would turn over). Right now 37.5% of the leagues turn over while 50% would turn over in a 24 team league.

i think we should try it out as designed for a year or two.

I am afraid of the potential for owners to leave and/or trying to find new ones (which it seems every league faces)
