:D Here we go again Sarge. :D

This is a must win home game for Oklahoma at 1-2 while Kansas State at 3-0 can afford a road loss.

Oklahoma is favored by 6.5 points at home and I'd expect them to cover as they MUST win this game and probably are still motivated by the BIG XII Championship game a year and a half ago which Kansas State won 35-7. :D

Both teams have fallen a bit from the BIG XII Championship game days to a point were every game counts toward a bowl appearance. :D

I'd think Kansas State will focus on stopping Peterson and see if one of the Oklahoma QB's can move the ball. The QB position did look better against UCLA in the 2nd half but still seems to be a weakness.

Oklahoma must stop Kansas State QB Webb and the two headed RB monster of Parrish & Clayton. If they do not they could have a tough game on their hands. I'd expect Oklahoma to pressure Webb and try to force him to make mistakes. Webb is more than capable of making many mistakes. :D

Hopefully another classic game though I hope my prediction is wrong ...

Oklahoma - 31

Kansas State - 24

USA Today still has Peterson listed as Questionable due to personal reasons.  FWIW.

OU has all of the signs of a team coming apart at the seams. There are rumors that there is a significant racial rift on the team, and there are the persistent rumors around Peterson. They are not a good team with Peterson, a dysfunctional O-Line and no passing attack; probably significantly worse without Peterson. This is why I hope they beat K State, and I worry about the game in 8 days. OU will show up at the Cotton Bowl with very little to lose, and very much to gain, especially if they drop one to K State.
